Hoodia is a natural plant, therefore the hoodia pills has no known side effects. Up to date, no study conducted has found Hoodia to have any harmful side effects. The San tribes have taken it for centuries and no side effects were found. Hoodia Gordonii may take up to 12-14 days to work. While some users have reported immediate effects, others have reported the effects gradually becoming stronger. Some users has taken as long as 2 weeks to feel the Hoodia full effects for appetite suppression.
